
INGREDIENTS:
8 (oz).penne rigate pasta
1/2 (lb) crawfish peeled and devined
12 (oz) CIRO’S SOUTHWESTERN PASTA SAUCE
1 (oz) extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oil to medium hot in sauté pan.
2. Add crawfish and sauté for (45) seconds on each side or until cooked (do not over cook the shrimp).
3. Add 12 ounces of CIRO’S SOUTHWESTERN PASTA SAUCE and simmer at low heat for 2 minutes.
4. Drain pasta toss with sauce and serve.
Serves 2 people.
