
INGREDIENTS:
12 oz CIRO’S MARINARA or CIRO’S
SOUTHWESTERN SAUCE
2 – Large avocado’s soft and peeled
4 tbs – Cilantro fresh and minced
2 tsp – Fresh lime juice
4 drops – Tobasco sauce or more (to taste)
5 oz – Special white crab meat (per one’s budget)
TIP: This dip can be served cold over grilled fish, chicken, or steak.
Makes a great spread for sandwiches
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a mixing bowl mash avocados until lumpy smooth.
2. Add lime juice and tobasco sauce.
3. Add CIRO’S and crab meat.
4. Chill and serve.
