25 (oz) Ciro’s Marinara Pasta sauce
1 (lb) Crawfish tail meat
1 (med.) green bell pepper diced
1 (sm.) red onion diced
1 (pint) mushrooms (quartered)
2 cloves garlic minced
2 (oz) olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet to a medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic, diced vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes.
3. Add crawfish and cook for 3 minutes.
4. Add marinara sauce simmers for 3 minutes and serve over pasta.
Serves about 4 to 6 people.
